We teach your children how to practice good oral hygiene.

Children can turn almost anything into a game, even a visit to the dentist!

We take all the time to engage children during the visit and in case of a therapy. Our team explains to the youngsters every step and the aim of the whole procedure, using appropriate and comprehensible terms based on their age. If children are not uninformed but aware of what is happening around them, they can be actively involved in the treatment in total safeness and tranquillity.

The topical fluoride application and the filling of pits are safe and effective treatments for children from six years of age, as recommended by the Health Department. Oral prevention comes from simple, daily things and it is the best way to keep your mouth healthy. If patients learn how to take good care of their mouth during childhood, future, invasive treatments can be avoided.
If your child is older than four and never went to the dentist, book an appointment!

To see children relaxed and curious during a visit to our practice is the greatest success for us.

Our Tips

Prophylaxis Cleaning with calcium phosphates

We recommend regular applications of calcium phosphates-based products to maintain the correct enamel mineralisation and prevent caries, white spots, sensitive gums etc., especially during childhood.

Fill up tooth grooves with sealants

The OMS and the Department of Health recommend sealants to fill up the grooves in permanent molars and premolars to guarantee a better cleaning of children’s teeth occlusal surface and prevent the risk of bacterial infiltration and decay.
This procedure is painless and safe but must be carried out according to the correct timing of intervention.
The dentist will guide you in choosing the right moment to carry out this important form of prevention.

Periodic checks

We recommend at least six-monthly visits and professional hygiene sessions.
